We do both!  Often, we can take professional action shots and team photos during the same session we use for filming.  This gives you a whole library of images you can use for your website and brochures.

Yes!  That is our specialty.  We can spend half a day filming bulk content, which we then chop up into 10 or 15 smaller clips. This gives you weeks' worth of social media posts from just a few hours of work.

Yes, and we highly recommend it!  Many people watch videos on their phones with the sound turned off.  We add clear, easy to read captions to all our social media videos so your message gets across no matter what.

It depends on where you’re using them!  For social media (like Instagram or TikTok), we usually aim for 15–60 seconds to keep people's attention.  For your website Introduction video, 2 minutes is usually the sweet spot.  We’ll guide you on what works best for your goals.

We can certainly try! If you have old footage that is special to you, we can often polish it up or edit it into your new videos.  We’ll always be honest if we think a fresh photo would look better, but we’re happy to work with what you have.

We try to be as quick as possible.  A typical shoot for social media or a Welcome video usually takes about half a day (3–4 hours).  We plan everything ahead of time so when we show up, we know exactly what we’re filming and you can get back to your work.

No, we usually come to you!  Whether it’s your office, your shop, or a job site, filming in your actual workspace makes the content feel more real and trustworthy to your customers.  If we do need a specific background, we can handle finding a location for you.

Not at all.  We use modern, compact gear.  We can set up in a corner of a room or a small office without getting in the way of your daily business.

We always include a feedback round. We’ll show you a draft of the video, and you can tell us what you love or what you’d like us to tweak. We don't post anything until you are 100% happy with it.

Yes!  We don't just hand you the keys and run away.  We offer simple maintenance" plans where we handle updates for you, or we can show you how to make small changes yourself (like changing a price or a photo) in a very easy way.
